What exactly is a “field identity”?
A field identity is one cleaner who executes work in the field with a personal PIN. You only pay for identities that are active in a billing period. Deactivated or historical employees, seasonal staff on leave, and office users don’t count.
Do my customers really never pay?
Never. Customer reviewers, approvers and complaint contacts use secure links and are unlimited on every plan — including Free. Their review is the final link in your evidence chain, not a revenue opportunity for us.
Why is AGNO cheaper than comparable platforms?
Focus. We deliberately don’t build payroll, invoicing or bidding modules — so you don’t pay for them. And we’d rather grow the user base across Europe than maximize revenue per account. Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly plans cancel at the end of any month, straight from the app — no emails, no calls. Annual plans run for 12 months and save you two months’ fees.
What happens if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
You can upgrade at any time; we only charge the pro-rated difference for the remaining days. Downgrades apply from the next billing period. Nothing is ever billed retroactively without your confirmation.
What if I need more photo storage?
Additional storage is available in fair 50 GB steps at €5/month each. We publish this instead of hiding it — photo-heavy teams should never get a surprise invoice.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted in Germany/EU data centers and processed under GDPR. Evidence records, photos and audit trails stay in the EU. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
